One your arrival, turn down by the war memorial, and tucked behind Blackmore picturesque village (Duckpond) Green in Jericho Cottage, is Megarrys Antique teashop in Blackmore. The relaxed and friendly tea and coffee shop caters for every taste in hot and cold beverages, and offers a wide choice of sumptuous home made cakes and sponges, rock and cupcakes.We also serve scones with cornish clotted cream and jam, and you can also enjoy freshly toasted crumpets or teacakes

In the cooler weather you can warm up with a cup of soup and a hot roll, and subject to availability a hot sausage or cheese and onion roll.

Our snack range includes flapjacks, shortbread, biscuits, chocolate and crisps. We also have a range of wheat and gluten free treats. If we haven’t got your favourite tea or coffee on you first visit we will almost certainly have it next time you visit us! All you have to do it ask!

Come in for a rest and refreshment and don’t worry about your boots, the main teashop is quarry tiled or you can use the sheltered sun desk or patio depending on the weather.If you are a big group we would appreciate a phone call so that we can put the urn on.

Here at Megarrys you can browse among the garden ornaments and home grown plants for sale, or simply sit and enjoy the views of Judith gardens. Judith private is often open a green oasis with surprises around every corner and a genuine  Victorian glasshouse and  Romany Vardo  Teashop customers can use the picnic tables on the lawn.
